What kind of laptop would sims3 and sims2 work on?

I have an Inspiron 1525 and it works fine, once you work out the kinks with Vista and the Sims 2. (If you're going to download custom content that is.) The Sims 3 shouldn't have the Vista issues, so I'd say an Inspiron 15 is a safe bet.
