Help. Advice Please??......?

I'm 14 and headed into Jr. High. At this point in my life its a big deal to fit in at school. Last year a horrible rumor went around the school about me and I want to redeem myself and show others that I'm not a horrible person I need some serious advice, but nobody here will listen to me and I haven't got but one friend who is gone away for the summer.
