Not Howard Webb's finest hour was it?

Good goal by Evans chalked off....Ronaldo kick on Dunn unpunished....Rafael's blatant pull back for penalty....all right in front of Mr. Webb with absolutely no need for a replay for the viewer to see for himself. Another day of poor officiating in the EPL. About the only thing the referee got right was the Ronaldo dive and the final whistle. On a more positive note, at least it was one of the more entertaining games of the EPL season. Any comments?
