In today's courtrooms, issues are brought up that many jurors admit they don't understand. Forensics, especially, has become very sophisticated and complex. Lack of knowledge and understanding on the juror's part could potentially be the difference in life or death for a person. Jurors are just folks like you and me, and I know I might be intimidated by a trial and all the details if I was asked to serve. OK...here is the deal....Thursday I woke up with a sore throat. Didn't think much of it b/c here in NE Oklahoma we have had ALOT of rain and still getting some, so I thought it was just my allergys. Woke up this morning with sore throat got up and got around then started feeling like crap again! Took same meds. A$10 would be enough for you to have 3 decent local meals a day. If you do not mind to eat street food ( recommended in Thailand but not in Laos and Cambodia ), then you could save at least A$2 a day. For travel within the city, use cheap public buses. Depending on the distance and the number of trips you take, A$5-A$10 a day would be enough Taxis would cost you much more ( at least double / triple ) than travelling on public buses. Therefore for staying and travelling within a city , you need not more than A$50. Spending another A$20 a day would buy your some "luxuries" eg. better accomodation / western food / travelling on taxis. The cost in Laos and Cambodia does not differ much from Thailand. Therefore i would reckon you budget A$80 a day for your trip eventhough basically A$50 would be enough for you. The extra A$30 could be use to cover your long distance travels ( eg. train / flights ), a little shopping, entry tickets to certain places and of course entertainment.

Lab Puppy- breathing heavy in sleep?

We got a new black lab puppy today. Today is my first night with her. She's about 6 1/2 weeks old. She's breathing heavily in her sleep what should I do? Cat has an URI. Has anyone uses Little Noses?

Hi there. My cat has been sick since last Thurs with an URI. I've already been to the vet and have been prescribed some antibiotics. He seems to be getting better but still is really congested. The vet said I should get these pediatric drops called Little Noses. It comes in a saline form and a decongestant form. I'm not sure which one I should get? I don't understand anything about DNA, except that myself and my ascestors, if tested, would all share the same DNA, because we're related by blood. If the blood on the Turin is that of Jesus, then it seems to me the only way to proove that would be to know where Mary, his mother, was buried, exhume her remains and run DNA testing on them and match them against the blood on the Shroud of Turin to see if there is a match. Your machine should still run fine. I have similar specs except I am using 3Gbs of RAM. Windows 7 runs just fine. I have a slower video card too so that will help you. If you can install more RAM then that would be great but other than that your rig should run Windows 7 x64 fine.

Lasting contentment?

My life's falling apart because of my anxiety, anyone have advice?

I've had anxiety on and off for years now but im currently in a hugh slump which i can't seem to get out of. I get this feeling of detachment, it's so hard to describe the way my anxiety makes me feel but i get so detached from reality that it causes almost a dream like feeling that combines with the anxious and panic feelings. These feeling drive me crazy and make me feel like im losing my mind. I always try to push myself to go to the gym and get my homework done but my anxiety fights me every step of the way. I can be extremely motivated one minute and as soon as I try to act on something that would be productive my anxiety kicks in and makes it impossible. I'm so frustrated, I can't do anything anymore. I'm falling so far behind in school and im getting so out of shape, my anxiety is ruining my life. Also I've tried making an appointment with a psychiatrist but every one I could find is booked for at least 2 months. I try to exercise as much as possible and do as many productive things each day as possible to make myself feel better but my anxiety makes it so hard to get anything done. Any advice would be appreciated especially from someone who has been through this. Thanks so much

I feel so depressed I can't take it anymore. I've been sitting here crying for days. Not, nonstop, but a lot. Or, when I quit crying I get angry. Like really, unreasonably angry. I can't seem to do anything but those two things. I have one friend I could talk to about this, but he's ... not even listening when I try to say something's wrong. I don't know what to do.

Authentic Italian Vermicelli Recipe?

A friend of mine who was insanely Italian used to make the most delicious Vermicelli dish. I cannot remember what he put in it! all I remember are the things I tasted. He used Vermicelli noodles and mixed them with some sort of salad oil and I hinted a bit of lemon juice. I hate my father? Help?

Hey. Im really sorry. I saw this question and related instantly. Im only 15, but my father has never appriciated me, either. Hes a 40 year old drunk who hates me. He told me i wasnt supposed to happen. Im fine with the fact, but the way he said it was horrible. He said that its all because of me that he is expected to pay the child support to my mother. She hates me almost just as much. He really started to hate me when he found out that i wasnt what he had planned on having as a sons. He wanted me to be like him. "cool", and goes into carpentry. Right as of now, im in a technical school for cosmetology. He found out about this and started asking all of these questions, such as "are you a ******* ****** or something?!" and i told him that im gay. At that moment, he stopped the car and made me walk some miles home back to my mothers house. A few monrhs later he started to try to start talking to me again. He said that we can get along as long as i can "change". He doesnt get it. My boyfriend has a similar problem. When we turn 18, we are both moving out together to somewhere far away and never talking to our parents who have never been there for us again.

It is cruel to keep them with only human company can you imagine never see another human being you go mad being keep with out company or their own kind causes the bird mental damage. I would suggest you try and get the owner of the parrot to find it a more suitable rescue home that specialist in parrots rescue.

Where is a good spot to go camping in Canberra that is near mountain biking trails?

The ACT has some national parks but you will find that the close by New South Wales ones are More likely to be what you are after. They are not far and there are many that have great mountain bike riding. You could try the Brindabellas and pf course the Snowy Mountains. Thredbo is well catered for mountain bikers. But check out National Parks and Wildlife sites for info as some places may have restrictions on where you can and can't mountain bike. A good tip is to check out mountain bike and camping stores they usually have some good advice that they don't mind sharing.

Ok my brother is 32 years old and he still lives at home with my dad. Well two years ago when my mom was still here my mom my dad and my brother lived in a house together. Well my mom found out she had cancer well at the time my brother was stilling money off of my dad and me also he would still my dad's check book and rite out checks for him self but have my dad's name on the checks well my dad and my brother have the same name my dad's name is Nicoles but everyone calls him Nick and well that is my brother's name to and as you no they have the same last name. And on my dad's id and on my brother's id they have the same name why my mom gave my brother the same name as my dad i don't no. But anyways my brother over drawled my dad's account and all of the bills was so high that they lost the House and just to let you no my dad needs help paying bills bwecause he cant read that good my dad droped out of school when he was in the 7th grade and my brother knows this. when they lived in the House my brother was supposed help pay for bills. i'm on ssi and my mom was my may e at the time And when my mom was in the nursing home with cancer my brother was supposed to help me and my dad out and my mom would write the checks for my brother to cash so he could pay my rent well my brother cash my check's and then he took my rent of 350 and spent it all on his gf and bingo and he did that to my two times and i oh most lost my apt because of him. Now it has been two years sence that happen and my dad live in a apt because of my brother. Well my dad and my mom has lived in a apt for a year now and he is still doing it. My broteher has two jobs he works at sonic he is the head cook there and wal-marts doing demos. Well my mom found out that her cancer is back and she past away 3 months ago to liver cancer she was 51 years old and just to let you no my dad is 66 years old. Well when my mom past away ppl was giveing my dad and brother money to help pay for the funorl my dad told my brother if anyone give him money to give to my my dad or one of my mom's sisters well he didn't my mom's sister seen him stick the money in his pocket and then after we left the church he went to bingo with it. And then just 3 weeks ago my brother went to bingo and won over 9 houndred dollers and my mom's sister ask my brother if he was going to give dad some of that money to help pay off my mom's funorl bill and he said no this is my money. But if my brother wants money he will ask my dad for money and go to bingo. Well just a week ago my brother stoll my dad's check book again my dad had 4 check books one in his pocket so my dad can ues it and the other ones was in the kitchen so my dad seen that one of thiem was missing so right away my dad goes in my brothers room and he found the check book and that check book had 20 checks in it and when my dad found it it only had 12 checks left. My dog has suddenly started acting very territorial?

I have a (spayed) female yellow Lab who is 8 or 9 years old and a Ridgeback mix (neutered) male who is about 4 years old. They have always gotten along well, except for the occasional tussle over food (the male has occasionally been food aggressive toward the female, but it's unpredictable). Lately, however, the male has been acting very territorial and aggressive toward the female. When they are playing together in the yard, he will not allow her to come onto the porch while he's on it. They have a plastic pool that they play in, but he won't allow her to get in it while he's in it. Whenever I'm outside, he won't allow her to come near me. He has also started jumping on me every time I go into the yard, which is unusual. I'm not sure what's going on here. Any ideas?

Ok, firstly, I don't really think that the school that you are going to, in this case Arizona State, will make a huge impact. Of course a more well-known school may somewhat help, it is definitely not mandatory. Next, marketing is an interesting major for pre-med... that may be a good thing or a bad thing, it just depends on what the college wants that you are looking into. Your minor in life sciences should help though. You have a solid GPA, at least I would think so. Volunteer work is always a plus, except I doubt it gives so much an advantage as a simple recognition of your work. It just mostly depends on how you keep up your grades and where academically you fall. Pre-med is a very tough area to both go through with and just to get into. Just do whatever you think you can and you should be fine.

My gf is pregnant she gets out of control sometimes even throwing things at me. Just got a puppy, she won't eat anything and has been eating her own poop! Please help!?

I got a Yorki-Poo a few nights ago, since then she hasn't eaten anything. She has been drinking plenty of water. I forced fed her some milk replacements I bought at petsmart which she seemed to like. I was wonderingi if I should maybe try wet dog food. The guy I bought her from gave me a puppy pack which cotained Royal Canin 33 but she won't even go near it. I don't think he was paying attention to her enough to even see if she was eating. He is a breeder so he has a lot of dogs. He did give me medicine for her stomach that was supposed to help her stop vomiting. She did vomit about 7 times yesterday so I started giving her the medicine and she has been fine since then with vomiting. She had diarreah all day yesterday but finally had a solid bowel movement lastnight but then turned around and ate it. I was wondering if there is something I could do to stop that? I basically have no idea what to do. I can't get her into the vet until the 28th so any advice that anyone has would be great

so i recently got an hdmi cable for my xbox, since i purchased a new flatscreen tv not too long ago. Okay, this is kinda deep but it is important to me. When I was a young teenager in high school I was pretty much an atheist. I used to say things like "God doesn't exist" or "I don't believe in God". Some would consider that the sin of blasphemy. But! that obviously wasn't the case because a couple of years later I found myself to be a born again Christian. I have a fear and reverence for the things of God. In my opinion, the way I understand the Bible, the sin of Blasphemy can only be committed by one who knows God, has recieved his spirit, and then turned and cursed him. It cannot be committed by someone who doesn't even know what blasphemy is, or who God is! I think it would be a mistake to call someone a blasphemer when they don't even know what blasphemy even is truly! And they have never recieved God's spirit. Polymorphous Light Eruption: HELP??!?

Two weeks ago, unbearably itchy rashes formed from my knees down and from my elbow down. After being misdiagnosed with staph infection, follucellitis, and hives, I visited a skin doctor who said I definitely had polymorphous light eruption, an allergic reaction to sunlight. I am by no means an "outdoors" person so I found this weird at first. Since then I have avoided sunlight and have been using a topical creme (which has greatly reducted the itch). However, a rash is beginning to form on the bottom of my face. Could this rash be a possible allergic reaction to all of the strong medications that I was initially prescribed for staph (which I don't even have?) This is becoming more miserable by the second. Anyone who's dealt with PMLE or rashes, it would be great to hear your opinion. I appreciate it.

I just got my wage slip and im sure i paid too much tax and NI on statuary maternity pay. I got a 7 week pay due to when i went on maternity leave plus it being a 5 week month, (i get paid monthly) So my smp is �113.96 a week, how much tax and NI shouldve been taken of me, it says on my wag slip they took �48.40 tax and �33.66 NI. If any of these are lacking , there is usually some 'misfire or backfire' , which does affect the engine and the performance of the vehicle in general. Some people switch off the engine and suddenly start the engine by putting the vehicle in gears......that is also a possible cause of such sound of explosion......don't practice or try it ....it's bad .
