Like Barbados, Aruba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico (not counting stateside Americans). 1.1% seems very low when you account for all the tourist workers there are. Most Jamaicans can't speak Spanish, French or other languages so the demand for those workers is pretty high for hotels and restaurants.
