Fostering a child on weekends?

I would like to foster a child on the weekends, does anyone know of any other agency or program that allows weekend fostering besides Kidsave.org in SoCal? I am not talking about respite care, I am looking for an ongoing program, where I can help and take care of a foster child for as many weekends as I am allowed/able to foster.
