A friend of mine who was insanely Italian used to make the most delicious Vermicelli dish. I cannot remember what he put in it! all I remember are the things I tasted. He used Vermicelli noodles and mixed them with some sort of salad oil and I hinted a bit of lemon juice. He also put some sort of italian ham in it, along with artichoke hearts, black olives and a few other vegetables. Does anyone know this recipe, or something similar to it?
