I found a small plastic red coin with an odd inscription...help!?

It's a novelty token sold at truck stops. Of course, it's used to pick up woman with. It's a cute little ice breaker, that some guys use in bars where the woman have "heard it all" and you need a different approach to get laid, and you don't want to waste a lot of time. These tokens go back as far as the early 1960's, but similar ones were used as far back as the 1920's.
