Will my rig run on win7 x64 bit / x32-bit?

Your machine should still run fine. I have similar specs except I am using 3Gbs of RAM. Windows 7 runs just fine. I have a slower video card too so that will help you. If you can install more RAM then that would be great but other than that your rig should run Windows 7 x64 fine.
