Plants prove creation?

Your task is impossible. Evolution is an observed fact. In its most basic definition, it just means change over time. You might argue against natural selection as the cause but I don't see the point. There isn't any serious scientific debate about it anymore. We have the fossil record of plants changing over last several hundred million years. If you go back a few hundred million years, all you have is ferns, mosses and non flowering plants. Then came gymnosperms and finally flowering plants. We can check the DNA to confirm close relationships. Changing species for plants is even easier than in animals. That can be observed in people's lifetimes because of their much greater ability to hybridize.
