Where can I download naruto shippuden episodes in good quality/less size?

I've tried alot but with no luck, I come asking here...I've got all the anime till now which I wanted to download in decent size with quality (320p is good enough)..I've nearly finished watching the first series and now I want to start downloading (not streaming) the shippuuden series (english subbed, not dubbed). I'd prefer quality equal to crunchyroll in a decent size (Less than 130 mbs)....Possible? Also, if theres any way to download from crunchyroll...I'd like to know..thanks.
