Should the Pakistan security services be investigated?

I can't blame the Police for hiding behind walls when the shooting started I would have done the same, but I think you are talking about the intelligence services maybe. The whole country is corrupt and the government know they are harbouring terrorists. I think they should be isolated from the rest of the world until they sort the problem out and if they can't they should let somebody in who can.
