Need cost estimate for toddler gles?

ok my daughter (15 months) needs gles, i have the prescription and will be taking her in later on today to actually order the gles, i will need a 50% downpayment when we order and i am trying to get a ball park figure... her ophthalmologist strongly recommends the miraflex lenses for her and her PT also mentioned those so i was hoping to get any kind of estimate as to what those lenses cost... we have vision insurance but with these specialty lenses i dont know what percentage these would be covered so i am thinking to plan for the worst and be surprised if they cover more :)
