Is going into freshman year to young to make out and get felt up?

I'm going to be a freshman in the fall and I just made out and got felt up by my boyfriend. A lot of girls I know have already given hjs & bjs which I know isn't right but did I do too much? My friend keeps calling me a hoe after what I did but my boyfriend says I'm not. I need other opinions please.
