How is my team? What would you rank it?

Thats a different team, thats probably a good 8-8.5, I would drop Scotty pick up someone better, but great pitching staff!! I see you have a lot of catchers, young ones too, good pickups, strong outfield, infield could use some major work. Im going to guess your a lucky 1st or 2nd place team.
