How do i come out as to my friends?

I am MtF on hormones for six months now. I have come out to a few friends as university, who have been very nice to me. Yet, it still scare me to come out as . I am not sure yet how to come out to everyone yet. I want to live full time at female. I have change my name. I am also biual, I am not sure if helps coming out at that first? I am also part of a LGBT group at my university, who know that I am and in transition. What can i do next?
