Fallout 3 perks 1-30?

so far i have 2 intense training educated comprehension toughness bloody mess commando and strong back is this ok i'm about too do the scrap metal glitch too level 30 so what are the best perks and if ive done mine wrong what should i do cos i got quite far and i don't really want too start again so what should i pick 1-30? p.s don't give me crap about glitching cos ive done the story once i'm just doing a perfect person now so hope that clears that up.thanks much appreciated.
