Do you think the disease is still affecting her?

OKay so when my daughter was about a year and a half old she was diagnosed with kidney reflux. That means urine backtracked into her kidney and when it is not corrected it can become kidney cancer. She was cured but it was lucky that the disease was discovered. She is 12 years old now but she still gets really sick easily but she is stubborn and tries to tough it out and then just gets sicker. Do you think that even though this was nearly 11 years ago that it could still be affecting her??
