Physics program for college graduates?

I have a B.A. in Political Science, but would like to study for a M.S. in Astrophysics. Is there a certificate, or other some post baccalaureate program to prepare for such an MS, or do I have to go back and study a B.S. in Physics as an undergraduate?

How can I increase stamina for basketball?

I'm not trying to be y or what but in I raced with my friends who have most speed & stamina in running, cross country, biking & swimming and I got at worst the 3rd place. But when it comes to play basketball, defending an amature & making just one accurate jumpshot already tires me.
